What are Quick Sliding Adjustable Forks? RonI has been manufacturing Forks for years. These particular forks are unique in that they can slide along the entire length of the metal tubing frame. This enables the customer to position the forks at various desired locations depending on the process within their facility.

The forks are equiped with locking clamps that grip the product with enough pressure to safely and effectively keep it securely in place.

This particular customer required an articulating fork tooling end-effector in order to handle forming tubes 40” long with a maximum weight of 70-lbs. The end-effector helped the customer pick up the tubes from the rack and place them on to the machine. The maximum lift height within their facility did not exceed 67”.
