End-Effector Change Out Stand

What is an End-Effector Change Out Stand? At first glance this lifter looks like a typical order. The unique aspect of this order is the tooling change-out stand. A stand has been developed to help the customer load and unload the various tooling end-effector options. The lifter is provided with the Powered Rotation Pneumatic Expand-O-Turn end-effector used to handle rolls 27” diameter x 10.63” – 14.5” width x 6” Core with a maximum weight of 300lbs. We also supplied an adjustable die handler for the customer’s 100 lb dies.
