Lift-O-Squeeze with Video Technology

What is a Lift-O-Squeeze with Video Technology? In this application, the lifter below is provided with our Lift-O-Squeeze end-effector along with a wireless camera system. This end-effector is used to pick up 80mm glass performs up to 500-lbs. The glass gripper contains a side shift with a stroke of 100mm. The glass forms are gripped by the v-block arms and loaded into an aluminum cup holder with a retractable slide located at the bottom of the lifter. The lifter is then pushed to the drop-off location and the operator raises and deposits the glass form by watching the product position on the wireless camera. There is a 24VDC camera mounted to the gripper base plate with swivel post adjustment and the receiving monitor comes with a 7″ screen.
