More Custom Handling

Do you have an extremely specific project request and you don’t even know where to get started looking for a solution? A couple of months ago our team completed a request just like this. The customer needed a way to insert, as well as, remove needle boards from their machines (in both a needles up or needles down position). 

In the example below, we suggested a 19000 unit with custom rotate tooling. We utilized an extended hook to reach into the machine to both push the boards into the machine, or retrieve the boards so the lifter can pull them the rest of the way out.

Project Specs:

• 35 lb needle boards
• 35 lbs starting pull force
• 28 lbs sustained pull force
• 63″ height of the track on the machine
