Telescopic Forks

In this application, the lifter was provided with custom telescopic length forks for handling rail sections with a maximum weight of 350 lbs. The forks measure 24” outside to outside x 27.4” long. The lifter unit will be assisting installation of track spanning from the floor to the ceiling. We also included an adjustable upper travel limit switch for the customer to set the high drop off position.

The telescopic function of the forks allows the customer to pick up (or deposit) the product from a location where the lifter legs cannot reach.
