Inverted Fixed Round Forks

What exactly are Inverted Fixed Round Forks? This lifter is provided with our Inverted Fixed Round Forks for picking up tooling that needs to be secured when moving from point A to point B.

Product size on the lifter below weighs a maximum of 110 lbs.

In this example, when the operator is in need of product, they obtain a lifter and manually direct it to the storage rack of product located in the staging queue. Once in place, the operator manually locks the brake on the lifter and lowers the platform to the proper position.  After positioning, the operator then moves to the front of the lifter and slides the load on the platform.  The operator then releases the brake, and moves the lifter to the area that requested the product and offloads it.  After offloading, the operator moves the lifter back to its waiting position to await the next transport.  Maximum lift height floor to top of this platform was 73.5″ and the minimum lift height was 24”.

Shipper pallets are encouraged to be placed onto an aluminum workstation pallet to allow for lifter leg access.
