Anatomy of a Lifter

The modular-based design of our LIFT-O-FLEX lifters, in combination with our wide range of available attachments allows us to design and build each lifter to match the needs of our customers. Over the years, we have helped a wide range of industries with many types of applications.

With each lifter, you will find the following seven (7) components:

1. Lift Mast: contains a lead screw and has a built-in release function to protect operators from crushing injuries. Available in standard and custom heights. 
2. Handlebar: height-adjustable and also holds the bracket for the remote control. Available in stainless steel or powder-coated paint.
3. Legs: easy to maneuver and simple to turn sideways. Available in stainless steel or powder-coated paint and different caster types/sizes.
4. Intermediate: middle support section. Available in powder-coated paint or stainless steel.
5. Electronic Power Pack: interchangeable for multi-shift use. Available in powder-coated paint or stainless steel.
6. Remote Control: removable for operator ease-of-use. Available in 2-button or 4-button.
7. Attachments: common attachments include Platform, Core Probe, Forks, Expand-O-Turn, and Squeeze-O-Turn. If we don’t have what you need in our standard arsenal, our engineering team can build it for you.

In summary, each lifter is built upon seven primary components. Each component is selected to appropriately match the application needs of the customer. For this reason, R on I can produce an ergonomic lifter that is just as unique as your application needs.
