Pallet Lifting Device

The Pallet Lifting Device shown below is what we proposed to one of our customers. We connected a custom tooling design to our Vacuhand V Tube lifting system, which was then mounted to our MOBI-Arm articulating jib Crane. This configuration allowed the customer to pick up their pallets one at a time and move them quick and easily to another location within their facility.

Width: 40″ Depth: 48″ Height: 5″

In this example, when the operator is in need of product, they take the operating hand of the tooling and manually direct it to the storage rack of pallets located in the staging queue. Once in place, the operator drives the forks into one of the pallets and by using the controls, lifts the pallet to the desired height for offloading. After offloading, the operator moves the tooling portion of the crane back to its waiting position to await the next transport.
