At RonI, lifting goes beyond equipment — it’s about lifting people and the communities around us. This holiday season, our team was proud to support the Angel Tree program at Idlewild Elementary School, a local Title I school, to help bring a little extra joy to students and families during the holidays.
Idlewild Elementary serves many families in our community who face financial challenges, and the Angel Tree program provides gifts and essential items to children who might otherwise go without. When the opportunity arose to participate, our team was eager to get involved.
A Team Effort from Start to Finish
Our employees came together to sponsor multiple children, purchasing requested items such as clothing, toys, and winter essentials. Over the course of several days, our office filled with gifts and carefully labeled items — each one representing a child and a family we were honored to support.

Once all gifts were collected, our team worked together to organize, wrap, and prepare everything for delivery. The result was a tree full of boxes — a tangible reminder of what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose.
Delivering Holiday Cheer
The final step was the most rewarding: delivering the gifts to Idlewild Elementary. Seeing the boxes loaded up and dropped off was a meaningful moment for our team, knowing these gifts would soon find their way to children in our local community.
