A Peak Inside a Vacuum Attachment Portable Lifter

We at RonI love a good challenge. We build and assemble our traditional lifters found on our website but we love the unique projects as well! Engineering gets to put their mark on things and Production gets to work. One of our recent projects shown below reflects a Vacuum Attachment Portable Lifter.

This lifter was completed with a custom vacuum lifting frame built to handle solar panels (2005mm x 1230mm) with a maximum weight of 80-lbs. This particular customer requested our equipment be able to pick up their panels in the horizontal flat position from a conveyor and deposit them by stacking onto a pallet. The finished product allowed the customer to handle panels in both the portrait and landscape orientations. At the end we added cantilevered tooling so the pallet did not need to be raised off of the floor.
