Lifter with Vacuum Gripper

The lifter was provided with a custom 29” wide x 32” long platform with side rails and a safety strap. The platform was equipped with a manual rotation device, allowing the platform to rotate 45°. By utilizing the platform, the operator can use the lifter to transport square pails, 11” x 11” x 16” high with a maximum weight of 60lbs.
• The lifter can also be used to handle wave tooling, 28” x 31” x 3” high with a maximum weight of 100lbs.
The production team added telescopic masts allowing the maximum lift height (from floor to platform) of 120”.
