Mechbelt

The Mechbelt is a smart belt-driven linear unit for 1, 2 or 3-axle linear drive movements up to a length of 45 feet in both horizontal and vertical directions. The parallel mounted units allow loads up to 1100 pounds.

The driving movement of the units is through the help of a high-quality timing belt, and has the ability to have two parallel units working from the same motor. A pulse counter can be mounted on the outgoing axle for positioning of the load. The Mechbelt can be supplied in custom-made versions with various motor and gear options.

Common applications for the Mechbelt are traditionally used for automatic equipment, including packaging stations, automatic stacking, palletizing robots, robot cells, commercial lift elevators, and product feeding units.
