Squeeze-O-Turn with Adjuster Knob

This particular lifter takes our traditional Expand-O-Turn tooling but removes the rotating feature. The traditional application takes a roll from core horizontal to core vertical and vise-versa. This customer did not need to rotate their rolls. The images shown below support rolls being picked up in the core horizontal position, moved to the desired drop-off location, and then deposited in the same core horizontal position.
This particular project supported a roll size of 15″ in diameter x 12.69″ in width x 100 lbs. The maximum drop-off height did not exceed 62.5″.
