MOBI-CRANE II™
MOBI-CRANE II™ is a portable jib crane with an articulating arm designed to aid in manual lifting of items up to 185-lbs. The cranes mobility is accomplished by either a standard pallet jack or forklift. It’s easy to move from place to place in order to fit your requirement and requires no installation.
A 24VDC system with built in charger or an AC/DC converter system is available and requires only a standard 110V/AC outlet for power is all that’s required. The charger can remain plugged in for battery recharging while still operating the crane.
The MOBI-CRANE II™ is available in the following arm lengths and capacities:
- 2 Meter (6’-6”) – Capacity 185 lbs
- 2.5 Meter (8’-2”) – Capacity 165 lbs
- 3 Meter (10’-0”) – Capacity 140 lbs
- 3.5 Meter (11’-6”) – Capacity 100 lbs
- 4 Meter (13’ – 1”) – Capacity 65 lbs
The MOBI-CRANE II™ is height adjustable every 4” and you will achieve a height from 6’-0” under the arm to 9’-0” under the arm. The overall height ranges from 6’-5” to 9’-4”. Each MOBI-CRANE II™ is equipped with a leveling plate that is able to accommodate for most uneven floors.
There are two important safety features on the MOBI-Crane II™:
- VMS (Vacuum Monitoring System)
- VMS ensures sufficient vacuum level for safe lifting operations. The MOBI-Crane II™ will not lift and accidentally drop the product being lifted.
- AVSG (Accidental Vacuum Shut-off Guard)
- AVSG prevents operator from accidentally shutting down the vacuum when the MOBI-Crane is under load.
NEW! – Fixed and Wall (Column) Mounting of MOBI-Crane – This is a solution for those customers who don’t need the portability features of the MOBI-Crane but can still receive all of the other benefits the MOBI-Crane provides.

MOBI-CRANE II™ - Series PV (Pneumatic Vacuum)
The “PV” Series MOBI-CRANE II™ provides for the mechanical lifting and lowering of loads while utilizing plant air to generate a vacuum for gripping loads. The “PV” Series is designed to provide safe and fast vacuum suction to attach to products with a semi-porous surface such as cartons or paper boxes and bags. The MOBI-Crane II™ utilizes an external air supply of at least 87psi to power the built in Mach 2+ supersonic vacuum ejector. The operator can switch between different vacuum grippers which allows for quick adaptability (change over) between different products.

MOBI-CRANE II™ - Series M (Mechanical)
The “M” Series MOBI-CRANE II™ 
provides for the mechanical lifting and lowering of loads.
When combined with an Up/Down control handle the operator can switch between different mechanical grippers which allows for quick adaptability (change over) between differentproducts.

MOBI-Lift™
MOBI-Lift™ uses the same base as both the MOBI-CRANE II™ (M) and (PV) Series, but offers the ability to mount Lift-O-Flex® lift masts along with standard or custom end-effectors for load handling onto the articulating arm. The MOBI-Lift™ provides for easy load manipulation in tight space and when loads need to be placed into racks. The MOBI-lift eliminates the need for legs that our on our standard Lift-O-Flex® lifters but still allow for a flexible mobile solution.
